SCHEDULE PROJECT

Overview
The Schedule Project WebPage displays schedule details for complete PROJECTS and so a view may encompass many different days (cf Schedule Calendar).  BackStage Lite users can view a single PROJECT and BackStage Professional users can view three PROJECTS concurrently by selecting the PROJECT from a dropdown list.  Schedule Project only displays fields that have been populated by the orchestra.

Summary of numbered items

  1. PROJECT TITLE:-  Displays the name of the PROJECT being displayed.  This control appears as a dropdown list for users of BackStage Professional.
  2. WEBSITE EDIT DROPDOWN LIST:- This control is only visible to the BackStage account holder(s) and used to select which PROJECT(S) to display.  (See below)
  3. PROJECT DETAILS:- Shows key PROJECT details.  Empty fields are not displayed.
  4. SESSION BAR:-  Click SESSION BAR to show details for that session.
  5. SESSION DETAILS:- Shows key session details.  Empty fields are not displayed.
  6. BUTTONS:- Shows detailed information about item on same row in a separate window.
    • i - Information about this piece of repertoire.
    • SEATING - Seating plan for this piece of repertoire for this session.  This displays relevant attendance and rotations for this session. 
    • LOCATION - A map of the location.

Editing

Overview
Editing Schedule Project allows users to select which PROJECT(S) to display.  This page is only visible to the BackStage account holder(s).

Summary of numbered items

  1. PROJECTS AVAILABLE:-  A list of all PROJECTS that have been uploaded to the web page.  PROJECTS that are uploaded to the web page do not become visible until selected.  For BackStage Lite users, it is only possible to select one PROJECT at a time and for users of BackStage Professional, it is possible to select any three PROJECTS at one time.  PROJECT details displayed in this list are;
    • PROJECT TITLE OR CODE
    • KEY DATE 
    • ENSEMBLE
    • CONDUCTOR 
  2. RETURN BUTTON:- This button will return the user to the Schedule Project view page.
