SCHEDULE CALENDAR

Overview
The Schedule Calendar WebPage displays schedule details for all PROJECTS in a day view but is otherwise similar to Schedule Project.  It only displays fields that have been populated by the orchestra.

Summary of numbered items

1. CALENDAR BUTTON:-  Days are selected by clicking the CALENDAR BUTTON and selecting a day.  Days with sessions on are shaded blue.
2. SUMMARY BUTTON:- Schedule Calendar displays the same information as Schedule Project with the addition of the PROJECT BUTTON which shows PROJECT details.  This is necessary since any day view may contain sessions from multiple PROJECTS.

Editing

Overview
Editing Schedule Project allows users to select which PROJECT(S) to display.  This page is only visible to the BackStage account holder(s).

Summary of numbered items

1. PROJECTS AVAILABLE:-  A list of all PROJECTS that have been uploaded to the web page.  PROJECTS that are uploaded to the web page do not become visible until selected.  Users of SCHEDULE CALENDAR can add an unlimited number of PROJECTS to this page.  PROJECT details displayed in this list are;
   • PROJECT TITLE OR CODE
   • KEY DATE 
   • ENSEMBLE
   • CONDUCTOR 
2. RETURN BUTTON:- This button will return the user to the Schedule Project view page.
