NOTICE BOARD

Overview
The Notice Board WebPage is designed to provide orchestras with an online notice board to display up-to-date information to the orchestra members.  The page is divided into three distinct section; Announcements, General and FAQ to display different types of information.  These are all easy to edit by Staff members and the BackStage account holder(s) (see below).

Summary of numbered items

  1. ANNOUNCEMENTS:-  Displays import information that is dated when changed.  The most recent items are at the top of the list and all content is easily edited or deleted.
  2. GENERAL:- For general information. 
  3. FAQ:-  For regularly asked information the orchestra may wish it's members to be able to easily access such as the Dress Code.

Editing

Overview
Editing permissions are granted to Staff and the BackStage account holder(s).  Orchestras can grant edit rights to certain players simply by raising their security role to Staff and Player within BackStage.

Summary of numbered items

  1. PENCIL ICON:-  Clicking on pencil icon takes user to page that allows them to edit relevant content.  Editing is no more difficult than using a word processor and does not require any knowledge of display code.
