GOOGLE APPS

Overview
The Google Apps WebPage is only visible to the BackStage account holder(s).  Any number of Google Apps accounts can be added or edited meaning that BackStage can seamlessly update all Google Calendars with all schedule data when the WEBSITE UPLOAD button is clicked in BackStage.  Unlike the schedule pages which only display the PROJECTS that are selected, all schedule changes are updated in all calendars.  This is because it is assumed that the Google Apps calendars belong to staff members who want to always know of any changes to the schedule for any PROJECTS even if they are not yet being displayed to the orchestra.

*IMPORTANT*  2434.com Limited in no way acts as a reseller of Google Apps but just provides the facility to update them.  All support and technical issues regarding any Google Apps products are to be addressed to Google.

Summary of numbered items

  1. EDIT DROPDOWN LIST:- Takes user to edit page (see below) to edit or delete current accounts.
  2. USERNAME/PASSWORD DISPLAY:- Displays current Google accounts owned by the orchestral staff.
  3. USERNAME/PASSWORD TEXTBOXES:- Enter new username and password and click ADD button to add a new Google Apps account login details.

Editing

Overview
Allows user to edit account details or else delete existing account.

  2. RETURN BUTTON:- This button will return the user to the Google Apps view page.
