BULK REGISTRATION
Overview
The Bulk Registration WebPage is only available to users of BackStage Professional and Enterprise and is only visible to the BackStage account holder(s). The page allows, with a few clicks of the mouse, for the user to grant or deny access to BackStage WebPages for anybody in the BackStage address book. Passwords are generated automatically and emailed to new users automatically. They can be overridden with more memorable passwords and/or set to the same value for each role.

Summary of numbered items
- ADD CHECKBOX:- Shows whether the relevant player is currently able to log onto the WebPages and allows them to be added or removed.
- SECURITY ROLE DROPDOWN LIST:- Allows security role of player to be altered. By default, players are allocated role of "Player" and have no edit rights on the web pages. All other members of the address book are allocated "Staff" role and can edit the Notice Board page. BackStage account holder(s) are given role of "Admin" and have complete control over all aspects of the intranet. We will gradually be adding more roles so that, for instance, some players can be given access to all PROJECTS where as other players, possibly extras, are only given access to certain PROJECTS that they are on.
- SET-SAME TEXTBOX:- Allows all passwords for relevant role to be set to the same value.
