If you are unsure whether Adobe Flash is installed in your browser, visit YouTube and try to watch a video. If you can't, then Flash is not installed. If Flash is not installed in your browser, install it from http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
Internet Explorer 7 can corrupt the latest version of Flash (v9). To recify this problem, uninstall Flash from your computer (Start | Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs | Adobe Flash Player ActiveX) and then reinstall it from the Adobe site (http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/)
