BACKSTAGE MOBILE TO-DO LIST PAGE

Overview
The TO-DO LIST PAGE is the third page to load when the BackStage Mobile application is started from the Programs menu.  It is similar to the PROJECT TO-DO LISTS tag on the main BackStage home page (right-hand side of screen (10).)  It displays the BackStage to-do lists.  As with the mobile SUMMARY page, BackStage Mobile does not segregate this information in the way it does on the desktop version of BackStage.  This is because in the more restrictive memory environment of a mobile, the prime design consideration of BackStage Mobile is to make it load information as fast as possible to allow an orchestral administrator to simply switch-on and navigate to the information they want to see and possibly change rather than display a rich interface.

Any changes to the mobile to-do lists can be saved and then, after synchronisation, will show in the users desktop BackStage installation.

Summary of numbered items

1. TO-DO LISTBOX - Displays three lists (PLAYERS, REMINDERS, GENERAL) from main BackStage To-Do list tag within single list.
2. ADD BUTTON - Click to bring up a textbox dialog box to allow items to be added to the GENERAL TO-DO list.
3. DONE BUTTON - Select any item and click DONE BUTTON to remove from to-do list.
