BACKSTAGE MOBILE ATTENDANCE PAGE

Overview
The ATTENDANCE PAGE is the fourth page to load when the BackStage Mobile application is started from the Programs menu.  It is similar to the ATTENDANCE PAGE on the desktop BackStage and allows the attendance and position of required players to be altered and saved.

Summary of numbered items

1. SESSION, SECTION & REPERTOIRE DROPDOWN LISTS - Select session, section and repertoire to edit.  As with the desktop application, if ALL sessions are selected, the attendance of a player for all sessions can be altered.  Similarly, the attendance can only be altered or set if ALL the repertoire is selected (attendance applies to the whole session.)
2. POSITION & REQUIRED LISTBOXES - Displays required players and their chair position for that repertoire.
3. EDIT BUTTON - Click to alter or set the attendance of selected player.

   

   1. Select reason for absence from drop-down list.  Reasons for absence are added to BackStage from the ADD/EDIT | REASONS FOR ABSENCE menu item.
4. UP & DOWN BUTTONS - Moves selected player up or down in chair position.  (Only enabled when a specific piece of repertoire is selected.)
