We have three versions of Backstage available to give you the best value for money.

BackStage Lite For amateur or training orchestras.	BackStage Lite includes web pages for your players to view all schedule details We even set up a website for you if you have not already got one and you can edit your text or images on it easily, as often as you like. BackStage Lite has all the functionality of other editions minus group payments and contract printing. However you can set payments to players individually.	£4.99 + VAT per user* per month.
BackStage Professional For all types of professional orchestra and fixers.	BackStage Professional is the full version. This has the ability to set payments against groups of players in one go and to print contracts. It also includes web pages for your players to view all schedule details. This can be password-protected and linked to any existing website you already have.	£9.99 + VAT per user* per month.
BackStage Enterprise For all types of professional orchestra and fixers.	Combines the power of BackStage Professional with web-based reporting and planning tools to provide orchestras with a fully customised solution to fulfill your specific requirements. Additional components

BackStageMobile

Allows you to run Backstage from your mobile or PDA. This runs on Smartphones under the Windows Mobile 5 operating system or later.

£4.99 + VAT per user per month.

We want you to feel comfortable so we have made sure there are no hidden costs and you can cancel at any time.

All versions of BackStage are entirely compatible and users can upgrade or downgrade with no loss of data or any extra set-up.
The monthly charge includes all updates to BackStage.
For a small cost we can also put your data (address book etc) into Backstage so you can use it straight away. Contact us direct at enquiries@2434.com for a quotation
We do not insist on any minimum period of use. Payment is taken at the beginning of each subscription period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalities or hidden charges.
You will not lose any of your data should you choose to cancel and BackStage will continue to operate. However, it will not be possible to create any new PROJECTS or to use the web back-up and the BackStage web pages will no longer display.
For orchestras wanting a complete office solution, BackStage can also output its data into Google Apps, Googles immensely powerful free/low-cost online office. (See Google Apps)

* Per user – Users are those who want to EDIT the data on different machines. Any number of staff can view BackStage output from their own machines.
