BackStage divides the process of creating and editing PROJECTS into 8 distinct phases:- HOME, SCHEDULE, INSTRUMENTS, ATTENDANCE, RANKS, PAYMENTS, PERSONNEL and OUTPUT. (BackStage Lite does not see the RANKS or PAYMENTS pages since they are for allocating payments to groups of players in one go based on player rank.)
BackStage also allows entry of "Global data" via it's menus. Global data is data that can be seen by all PROJECTS such as address book information, the repertoire database and so on.
