Overview
The Schedule page is for adding sessions such as a concert and it's associated rehearsals to your PROJECT.  There is no limit to how many sessions can be added to a PROJECT.  The left side of the page is for displaying and configuring the calendar and the right side of the screen for adding, deleting and editing session details.

Summary of numbered items

  1. CALENDAR:  A local calendar that displays all sessions on all PROJECTS allowing the user to quickly see which dates are free before inserting a new session.  The calendar can be configured to show only sessions for a particular ensemble, a particular season or series or only certain types of session.
  2. VIEW BUTTONS:  Four calendar view buttons allow user to view the four calendar views which are (from left to right); day view, week view, month view and year view.  The default view is year view.
  3. ENSEMBLE, SEASON & SERIES DROPDOWN BOXES:  Select whether to only show sessions for a particular ensemble and/or certain seasons or series.  The default value is to show all sessions.
  4. SESSION TYPE CHECKBOXES:  Select which types of session to view.  Sessions can be one of five types; concert, rehearsal, travel, education or on-call.  The calendar also displays days allocated as holidays. By default the calendar displays all sessions and holidays.
  5. APPLY SETTINGS BUTTON:  Click button to apply the chosen settings outlined above.
  6. EXIT CALENDAR BUTTON:  Click button to return from calendar view to add/edit session view as displayed above.
  7. SESSION ATTRIBUTES:  Specify or edit session attributes as follows:
    • DATE & TIME - Alter the date, start and end times for the session.
    • TYPE - Alter the session type (concert, rehearsal, travel, education or on-call)
    • ADDITIONAL FEES (Optional) - Select any additional fees that are applicable to this session.  Additional fee types and amounts can be added to this list from the ADD/EDIT | ADDITIONAL FEES menu item.
    • VENUE (Optional) - Specify a venue for the session.  Venues can be added to this drop-down box from the ADD/EDIT | VENUES menu item.
    • INTERMISSION (Optional) - Specify any details about the intermission (i.e. fifteen minutes.)
    • COMMENTS (Optional) - Add any comments (i.e. tails/long black.)
  8. ADD NEW SESSION BUTTON:  Click to add a new session to a project.  You will be prompted to specify a date, start and end time and session type before a session can be added to a PROJECT.
  9. DELETE EXISTING SESSION BUTTON:  Click to delete a session from the PROJECT.
  10. OVERALL ORDER BUTTON:  Allows you to set the overall repertoire order for all repertoire in the PROJECT using drag and drop.  This is the order that the repertoire will be printed on contracts and schedules.
  11. ADD ALL EXISTING BUTTON:  Click to add all key personnel (conductors, soloists etc.) and all repertoire already selected for PROJECT to this session.
  12. PLAYING TIME (automatically generated):  Shows total time of all the chosen repertoire for this session.
  13. SELECT & REMOVE:  Select or remove key personnel (conductor(s), soloist(s) and compére(s)) and repertoire from session.  Repertoire order for selected session can be altered by dragging and dropping.
  14. SELECT SESSION DROPDOWN LIST:  Select from sessions in PROJECT to edit their details.
