Overview
The Ranks page allows ranks to be set against any player so that payments can be set against entire ranks allowing a fast way to set payments to an entire orchestra.  Ranks names can be added by selecting the ADD/EDIT | RANKS menu item.

Summary of numbered items

1. SECTION DROPDOWN LIST:  Select the section to edit.
2. PLAYERS LISTBOX:  Displays the players in that section.
3. RANKS LISTBOX:  Displays their rank.  By default, this will be the rank that was set in the DEFAULTS | DEFAULT RANKS menu item.
4. EDIT BUTTON:  Allows the rank to be changed for the selected player.
