SET CONTROL NAMES AND TOOLTIPS MENU

Overview
The SET CONTROL NAMES AND TOOLTIPS menu allows the user to alter all the control names or associated tooltips either to their own language or simply to make them more meaningful for them.  To make use of this facility, the user first needs to show the relevant tooltip numbers along side all tooltips in order to identify each control.  To do this, select TOOLS | SHOW TOOLTIP NUMBERS menu item.

Summary of numbered items

1. EDIT NUMBER DROPDOWN LIST - Select control by it's identifying number.
2. CONTROL TEXT TEXTBOX - Edit text of control.
3. TOOLTIP TEXTBOX - Edit tooltip text.
