AUTO-DIAL MENU
Overview
The AUTO-DIAL menu allows the user to identify their computer modem to BackStage. Auto-dial is only possible if a phone is connected via a modem to the computer. Modern computers increasingly don't have modems installed by default in which case an external modem will have to be purchased separately. For enterprise orchestras, BackStage auto-dial will work will any TAPI compliant phone system.
