SEND ERROR REPORT MENU

Overview
Let us be totally honest.  All programs occasionally error.  We do our best to test against every possibility but the reality is, whether from a multi-billion dollar company or a smallish start-up like ourselves, there will be very occasionally data entries that cause a conflict within the program know as 'bugs'.

There are two distinct classes of these.  One type, hopefully extremely rare, will cause your program to have to abort.  If this happens, BackStage prepares an error report and asks you to allow it to be sent to us.  This will help us recreate and then solve the problem and issue an update.  The other type of bug is just as important but doesn't cause the program to abort.  We give you the option, if you should identify such an issue, to send us an error report direct.  It may be that the program isn't doing what is says it should be doing.  The menu allows you to add as much information as you wish to tell us what you were trying to do and will also send us an error report of the state of BackStage when you send the report.  This, once again, allows us to attempt to recreate the error on our own systems and then issue an update which will automatically load next time you start BackStage.
