ALLOW BACK-UP

Overview
The ALLOW BACK-UP allows all BackStage data to be backed up to the web server by enabling the BackUp button.  The Back-Up button is enabled by default if any new data is entered into BackStage.  However, if the user has been disconnected from the network or internet, BackStage cannot tell when first connected whether there is any new data and so allows the user to back-up to the web server.
