The ADD/EDIT menu items are for adding content that is visible from all PROJECTS such as personnel, instrument names and so forth. We describe data that can be seen from all PROJECTS as global.
All details can be changed of currently existing entries meaning that BackStage can be localised to your own language. This will reflect in your contracts and other outputs.
