VENUES MENU

Overview
The VENUES menu is for either editing the name and details of existing VENUES or else creating new ones.

Summary of numbered items

1. SELECT DROPDOWN LIST - Select 'NEW' to enter a new VENUE or else select an existing VENUE name.
2. EDIT NAME TEXTBOX - Edit or enter a new name for the VENUE.
3. ADDRESS DETAILS - Edit or enter address details.  These details appear on contracts and BackStage WebPages.
4. DISTANCE, PARKING & GENERAL COMMENTS - These details appear on contracts and BackStage WebPages.
5. LATITUDE & LONGITUDE - Enter to allow the location to display on the Schedule BackStage WebPage .  Longitude & Latitude for any address can be found at a variety of websites including http://www.multimap.com.
6. CONTACT DETAILS - For orchestral reference.
