SECTION NAMES MENU

Overview
The SECTION NAMES menu is for either editing the name of an existing SECTION NAME or else creating a new one.  All sections are included into a CATEGORY or SECTION GROUP (i.e. first violins are a member of the Strings section group.)  This allows seating lists to be printed in a more familiar way.

Summary of numbered items

1. SELECT DROPDOWN LIST - Select 'NEW' to create a new SECTION NAME or else select an existing SECTION NAME.
2. EDIT NAME TEXTBOX - Edit or enter a new name for the SECTION.
3. CATEGORY DROPDOWN LIST - Category or SECTION GROUP allows sections to be printed in groups for seating lists.  Once a category is selected, it can not be changed.  To add more members to the CATEGORY listbox, select the ADD/EDIT | SECTION GROUPS menu item.
4. INSTRUMENTS LISTBOX - Select the default instrument for the section.  This will decide which players will be shown as suitable when booking members for the section.  (Only players playing the required instruments will be displayed.)  To add more instruments to the INSTRUMENTS LISTBOX, select the ADD/EDIT | INSTRUMENT NAMES menu item.
