REPERTOIRE MENU

Overview
The REPERTOIRE menu is for either editing the details and instrumentation of existing repertoire or else adding new ones. It's functionality is very similar to the INSTRUMENTS page.
Summary of numbered items
- SELECT DROPDOWN LIST - Select 'NEW' to add a new piece of REPERTOIRE or else select or search for an existing piece and click DISPLAY (12).
- TITLE TEXTBOX - Edit or enter a new name for the REASON FOR ABSENCE.
- COMPOSER DETAILS - Enter details of composer if new to database. These details will be used as search parameters by future BackStage releases allowing user to for instance find all repertoire by composers of a certain nationality or composed between certain dates etc..
- SOLO INSTRUMENTS TEXTBOX - Add or edit any solo instruments used by repertoire. Once again, this field will be used as a search parameter by future BackStage releases allowing users to for instance find all repertoire using a particular solo instrument.
- CHORUS - Specify the whether a chorus is present and what type. Once again. this field will be used as a search parameter by future BackStage releases.
- DURATION TEXTBOX (automatically generated) - Displays total length of repertoire based on length of each movement.
- MOVEMENT NUMBER and DURATION OF DROPDOWN LISTS - This information is displayed in the Schedule BackStage WebPage for musician information.
- COMMENTS TEXTBOX - Enter comments. (i.e. harps are doubling.)
- SOLO INSTRUMENTS DROPDOWN LIST and ADD & DELETE BUTTONS - To add a solo instrument to selected repertoire, select instrument name from dropdown list and then click '+'. To remove an instrument from SOLO INSTRUMENTS, find the instrument name in dropdown list and then select '-'. To add instruments to dropdown list, select INSTRUMENT NAMES menu item.
- COMPOSER NAME, NATIONALITY & GENDER DROPDOWN LISTS - Either select an existing composer or nationality or else select NEW and add to the textboxes to create in database. Select the gender so that it can be used as a search parameter in future BackStage releases.
- INSTRUMENTATION TAG - Select and view to set instrumentation for this repertoire as for INSTRUMENTS page.
- DISPLAY BUTTON - Displays repertoire details of selected repertoire.
