Overview
The RANKS menu is for either editing the name of an existing RANK or else creating a new one.

Summary of numbered items

1. RANK DROPDOWN LIST - Select 'NEW' to create a new RANK or else select an existing RANK name.
2. ADD/EDIT TEXTBOX - Edit or enter a new name for the RANK.
