BOOKING CITY MENU

Overview
The BOOKING CITY menu allows orchestras who pay their members from their home city as opposed to the orchestral base to enter city names that will appear in the PERSONNEL menu and allow players to be linked to their booking city so that payments can automatically be made to all players from a certain city.

Summary of numbered items

1. CITY DROPDOWN LIST - Select 'NEW' to add a new CITY or else select an existing CITY name.
2. ADD/EDIT TEXTBOXES - Edit or enter the CITY name.
