ATTENDANCE PAGE

Overview
The Attendance page allows the attendance (i.e. sick, maternity leave etc.) to be set for any player for either all sessions or any particular session.  For particular pieces of repertoire on each session, the Attendance page also allows the chair position of any player to be altered to override the default position set in the Instruments page for that repertoire.  Hence, if a player was sick for just one session, this would allow another player to move up to that position for that session.  This move would reflect in their contract (or pay advice note.)

Summary of numbered items

1. SESSIONS DROPDOWN LIST:  Select session to edit.  If ALL is selected, the attendance of any selected player will be altered for all the sessions.
2. SECTION DROPDOWN LIST:  Select section to edit.
3. REPERTOIRE DROPDOWN LIST: Select repertoire to edit.  If ALL is selected, the attendance of either players that are required or else players that are not required for that session may be altered.  (Attendance can only be set for an entire session, not just for certain pieces on the session.)  If a piece of repertoire is selected, then the seating of the required players can be altered by using drag and drop for that piece.
4. NOT REQUIRED LISTBOX:  Displays players not required on this session.  These players are deduced based on the settings made on the Instruments page and cannot be changed from this page.
5. EDIT BUTTON:  Allows the attendance of any selected player to be altered from the default of NOT REQUIRED.
6. POSITION LISTBOX:  Displays the chair position of the required players for the selected repertoire.
7. EDIT BUTTON:  Allows the attendance of any selected player to be altered.  The chair position of a player who has been designated as not on the session can also be altered.  This allows other players either to move up to cover their position or else for it to remain open for that session.
8. REQUIRED LISTBOX:  Displays required players and their Attendance status if set.
